This course is the practical application of organizational behaviour and human resource management knowledge to the effective and productive management of people and relationships at work. It provides a practical supplement to COMM 151 and COMM 181. The objective of this course is to further develop interpersonal skills crucial to any manager's role, including self-awareness, stress and time management, creativity and problem-solving, and conflict management. This course is highly experiential in nature. NOTE: This course counts as credit towards the Certificate in Social Impact.
