This AQ Adult Education course has been developed for all those with an interest and\or background in Adult Education and who have a desire to extend and apply knowledge, skills, and practices in the design, implementation, and assessment of Adult Education programs or courses. The course addresses contexts and theories underpinning Adult Education, such as curriculum policy, curriculum content, and assessment. This course provides opportunities to explore instructional strategies and learning environments that support the diverse needs of the adult learner. Candidates will engage in discussions and participate in group work to critically inquire into and refine professional practice as an adult educator.
