This course runs fall and winter terms for 1.5 hours per week for full-time QBridge students who are enrolled in ESLA 140 or ESLA 150. This course supplements their learning in the one credit course per term taken within the Faculty of Arts and Science or the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering. In this language support course, students meet with an ESL instructor to discuss and review language-related questions or concerns about the Queen's Undergraduate Degree course they are taking consecutively with the QBridge ESLA EAP program. The focus of these sessions is to enhance understanding of course and assignment expectations and to review feedback received on course related assignments and tests. The QSoE instructor will also suggest resources and activities to support academic success.
