This course will explore the methods of film/media-related work that precedes pre-production, including the elaboration of primary concepts and ideas, research, and script development. The student will learn how to engage in research which is relevant, and how to develop primary concepts into workable scripts or project designs. NOTE This course is the prerequisite for FILM 312: Screenwriting.
