This course examines the broad parameters and policy rationales for Canada's immigration enforcement regime. Divided into two parts--Part I: Inadmissibility and Part II: Detention and Removal--the course addresses these complex areas of immigration enforcement with the aim of ensuring students acquire the knowledge and skills they need to advise and represent their clients.
