An advanced international trade and investment law course, which will examine the substantive principles (and their procedural underpinnings in domestic law) of NAFTA , the new GATT/World Trade Organization, the World Bank's ICSID system to the extent that it is relevant under NAFTA, and other related instruments designed to maintain a liberal trading regime providing freer market access and non-discriminatory foreign investment practices.
