This course introduces students to the central construct of occupation and to both the consequences and determinants of occupation. We will explore the most prominent theoretical models for understanding the relationship between occupation and health, and the factors that affect occupation. The course also covers the historical development of occupational therapy theory, and key theorists over the past 100 years. (CR4)
