This course is designed to help students strengthen their proofreading skills and assess whether they are working to recognized industry standards, using well-established benchmarks in the field. Participants will evaluate their current knowledge and create a plan for improvement as they build on their existing skills and expand their ability to apply those skills to unfamiliar topics and publication types. Course activities include research and reflection, individual and group work, and independent practice.
