This course clarifies the importance of, and the methods in which, education is delivered in the workplace. This course uses the theory and skills developed in the core courses and encourages the user to investigate how to apply them in a Business / HR setting. Education in this setting is referred to as Training and Development. This course investigates the reasons for training and development and the variety of methods that can be employed in the workplace.
