Laboratory component emphasizes techniques and methods of basic experimental chemistry. Includes: Experiential Learning Activity Precludes additional credit for CHEM 1000 (no longer offered), CHEM 1001, CHEM 1005 (no longer offered), CHEM 1011. Prerequisite(s): Ontario 4U/M in Chemistry or equivalent. Lectures three hours a week, laboratory three hours every other week.
