Interdisciplinary survey of current issues in science, focusing on the challenges and opportunities for collaboration across scientific disciplines and beyond. Students will develop knowledge and skills in scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and communication, including an introduction to applied data science. Precludes additional credit for ISAP 1000 and NSCI 1000 (no longer offered). Lectures and discussion three hours per week.
