Practice Students will learn strategies for inclusive journalism through practical application, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and belonging in Canadian media. Learn to identify biases, self-reflection, and apply inclusive reporting techniques. Write stories that foster belonging, reflect diverse voices, and report with respect, care and cultural awareness. Includes: Experiential Learning Activity Prerequisite(s): JOUR 3225 with a grade of C or higher and fourth-year B.J. Honours standing, or permission of the School. Seminar three hours a week.
