An independent research project under the supervision of a faculty member. Seminar supports students through each stage of the research process: development of a research question, designing the project, crafting a proposal, carrying out data generation and analysis, and writing the final thesis. Includes: Experiential Learning Activity Prerequisite(s): fourth-year standing in the Sociology B.A. Honours with a CGPA of 9.00 or higher in the Major or by permission of the instructor. Students are strongly encouraged to locate a faculty member to supervise their Honours Thesis prior to the start of this course. Seminars on a bi-weekly basis (three hours). [1.0 credit]
