Case studies from COVID-19, innovation adoption, and new technology implementations (e.g. Electronic Medical Record systems, Ontario Health Teams) are used to illustrate how to navigate ambiguity, understand interactions in change processes, and adapt to new information. Students will develop their capacity as change agents in health through the understanding and application of complexity theory, and build skills for leadership, strategic management, organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship.
