This course is open to students volunteering as University orientation representatives in the current academic year of study. Through a variety of group activities, students will develop and reflect on their personal leadership, mentorship, and communication skills to better understand group dynamics, the leadership and communication style of others, the impact of orientation programming on the university experience, student development, and critical considerations of the strategic priorities of orientation.
