Students will learn about interest-based negotiation and conflict resolution theory, strategize and plan for various negotiations and conflict situations and be able to put into practice a practical, efficient, and productive process for negotiating agreements and resolving conflict. Graded on a satisfactory/unsatisfactory basis. Students with credit for BUS 662 or BUS 733 or BUS 757 may not take this course for further credit.
