Renewable energy systems and their grid integration technologies, including wind, solar, tidal, and hydro energy conversion systems, along with the economics of distributed generation. Some of these systems are studied in greater detail through experiments, a field trip, and the course project. Prerequisite: SEE 251. Students with credit for SEE 476 under the title "Renewable Energy Systems" may not take this course for further credit.
