Theories and principles concerning human behavior in organizations, with emphasis on leadership roles encountered in professional nursing practice. Senior nursing students in collaboration with nursing faculty refine coordination of care for a diverse population of clients. A clinical practicum will focus on synthesizing and refining skills in the delivery and management of nursing care to various groups of clients. Concepts of clinical decision-making, and inter-professional dynamics are incorporated in the context of legal, ethical, and evidence-based practice.
