(SPAN 2311) Intermediate Spanish I. Active use of the language in conversation, writing, reading and projects at the mid intermediate level as defined by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages. Only one of the following will satisfy the requirements for a degree: SPAN 201, SPAN 208, or SPAN 221. with a grade of C or better or placement by exam; students with prior knowledge of Spanish are required to take the Spanish Placement Test before enrolling for the first time in a college Spanish course Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours.
