This study abroad course provides students opportunities to refine artistic, sustainability, and intercultural skills in exploring the cityscapes and cultural heritage narratives of innovation in Siena, Italy. Students have access to a variety of museums, churches, collections, and archives through partnering with the Siena Art Institute (SART) of Painting. No background in art is required. Prereq: Not open to students with credit for Italian 4799. Cross-listed in Italian.
