This course introduces students to the interdisciplinary field of Law and Economics, which uses the economic way of thinking to develop an understanding of the law and the Anglo-American legal system. The course explores core topics in law (e.g. property, contracts, torts, crime), broader issues related to the judicial and legislative process, and constitutional political economy.
