This course offers advanced instruction in special topics in dance history, theory, culture, and literature focused on a specific dance topic that rotates given instructor expertise. It provides the opportunity for students to examine significant topics in dance history and cultural studies in depth, through reading literature, viewing video, and participating in practical experiences. Prereq: Soph standing or above. Repeatable to a maximum of 12 cr hrs.
