This course focuses on the special educational needs of minoritized learners with exceptionalities. This course will examine and interrogate how the U.S. educational system's norms, beliefs, assumptions, and practices/actions about culture (race, ethnicity, income and class, ability, and language) influence access, opportunities, and the outcomes of CRELD students with exceptionalities.
