This course will provide hands-on activities/real-life case scenarios to master critical thinking skills. It will combine points of view from marketing, econ, science, supply chain, medical/legal affairs, regulatory, sales, & strategy to provide students relevant skills to enter positions in manufacturing, entrepreneurship, restaurant, & contracting services as related to the food/nutrn industry. Prereq: 2210, 2310, or 2410, and 2295; or Grad Standing.
