Students will learn the practice of meditation, benefits of meditation, proper posture, techniques and the different practices pertaining to mindful meditation. Students will participate in both in-class meditation sessions, as well as practice their skills outside of class. A reflection journal will be utilized to record the student's experiences before, during, and after each session.
