This course will cover highly relevant aspects of AAV Gene Therapy including: overview on AAV biology, vector elements and design, preclinical study design, manufacturing, and regulatory and ethical considerations. Basic knowledge in molecular and cellular biology required prior to enrollment. Repeatable to a maximum of 2 cr hrs.
