Topics include an overview of accounting information systems; assessment and management of risks and internal controls; information systems applications in business processes; accounting information systems controls; cybersecurity; data analytics and visualization; and auditing of information systems. Prerequisite: MIST 2610 (min grade of C-) or equivalent Corequisite: ACCT 4230 (can be taken before or at the same time as ACCT 4270) Note: Students will only receive credit for one of ACCT 4270 and MIST 4610
