This course is a continuation of ARET 3300 and advances students' knowledge of construction systems commonly used in multi-storey commercial, institutional or multi-residential buildings that are regulated under Parts 3 and 5 of the British Columbia Building Code. This course is available in the Winter semester only. Prerequisite: ARET 1300, ARET 2300, ARET 3300, or permission of the department chairperson.
