Institutional Learning Outcomes: This course deals with basic metal working theory, techniques and procedures; including safety, hand tool processes, machine tool processes, materials, and fundamental processes used in metal related manufacturing. Students complete exercises, assignments and projects suitable to junior level secondary grades. Students with a directly related trade qualification are not permitted to take this course for credit.
