Institutional Learning Outcomes: This course deals with basic electrical and electronics theory, techniques and procedures. Topics include safety, hand tools and equipment, materials, and the fundamental processes used in wiring and circuitry. Exercises, assignments and projects will be completed that are suitable to secondary level coursework. Students with directly related qualifications will not be allowed to take this course for credit. Prerequisite: EDTE 3030
