Institutional Learning Outcomes: Intercultural Awareness Students build on the skills acquired in GERM 1110 or equivalent to a beginner A1 level in speaking, listening, reading and writing in modern German. Students continue to recognize and respect the value of diverse cultures and worldviews, and further develop and apply intercultural communication skills. Prerequisite: GERM 1110 or equivalent Note: Students who have completed German in Grade 11 or equivalent within the last two years may not take this course for credit unless approved by Modern Languages.
