Institutional Learning Outcomes: Critical Thinking and Investigation Students will learn basic principles and techniques of research from a journalistic perspective, including how to fashion and execute a focused research plan for their articles. Students will explore a range of topics including how to gather information, interview sources, accessing public, historical and legal records and computer-assisted reporting.
