Students develop appellate advocacy and other lawyering skills in the context of preparing for and participating in the Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Law Moot. Students argue problems related to the fields of immigration, refugee, and citizenship law and address related issues of administrative law. Prerequisite: Satisfactory completion of the first year of the JD program and consent of the Faculty.
