In this advanced special topics course, students study a topic related to fundamental research in psychology (for example, in neuroscience, cognition, social psychology, or developmental psychology). The specific topic will be chosen by the instructor and approved by the Department Chair. As a writing-intensive course, students further strengthen their skills in scientific reasoning, psychological research, and innovative thinking. Prerequisite: Permission of the instructor
