In this inquiry-based service-learning course, community-minded students investigate a research project to serve the interest(s) of a community or campus partner. Students will gain practical knowledge and research experience while developing analytical skills. Students will apply knowledge of the research process as a service to the community or campus partner. Students will be introduced to various career options including those with non-government organizations and the volunteer sector. Prerequisites: Students must have successfully completed a minimum of 60 credits of undergraduate course work or with permission of the department chair.
