Institutional Learning Outcomes: Knowledge Students examine the relationship between information technology (IT) and tourism from both a consumer and organizational perspective. Specifically, the course encourages students to critically evaluate current and emerging developments in IT and their impact on tourism consumers and suppliers. Students also develop an understanding of how IT can be used to facilitate and promote innovation and support the overall strategic objectives of a firm. Prerequisite: 3rd year standing
