This course intr oduces students to the fundamentals of project management, and the tools and techniques used to successfully execute projects of different types and sizes within the fashion industry. Topics covered include planning, scheduling, and estimating; decision making and approval processes; quality control systems; resources and personnel selection and allocation, and post-project evaluation.
