A manager's success is highly dependent upon his or her self-awareness, and knowledge of techniques for effectively managing interpersonal dynamics and teams. The course moves from a focus on the management of self to a focus on the management of others, individually and in teams. Topics include: increasing self-awareness, stress management, building relationship and supportive communication, gaining power and influence, negotiating and resolving conflict, empowering and engaging others, leading positive change and building effective teams.
