The student must have received approval for his essay topic before registering in the course. This work (25-35 pages) involves completing the background research undertaken during the previous step of the essay proposal, updating the bibliography, analyzing the selected corpus, writing the essay, and revising it under the direction of the student’s essay supervisor to the manuscript standards of the program. The final essay will be subject to approval by an essay jury.
