This course familiarizes students with common veterinary blood chemistry tests as it affects organs and body functions of animals. In addition, the course will cover proper blood/urine sample collection, safe use of common laboratory equipment, quality controls and mathematical calculations. Proper analytical techniques will be discussed in both the classroom and laboratory sessions of this course.
