This course builds upon the fundamentals of consumer behaviour and provides an in-depth study of key topics in consumer behaviour such as information processing, judgement and decision making. This course draws upon classic and contemporary consumer behaviour research and practice and examines how consumer behaviour is influenced by internal and external forces. Applications to marketplace strategy and policy are discussed.
