Corporations often manage their impact on stakeholders and the community at large through the lens of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors. This course addresses how these factors shape the built environment and the role of the real estate sector. Students will develop an understanding of the reasons for and benefits of sustainability practices in real estate and planning.
