This course addresses the basic ideas behind project management (PM) professional training, while delving into issues that are distinct to managing projects for, with, or in conjunction with Indigenous peoples. We explore the challenges and opportunities for capacity building, Indigenization, and expanded systems approaches using real life examples of PM, supply chain, and procurement within an Indigenous context.
