Integrated Management Experience (IME) is designed to provide students with a hands on Work-Integrated-Learning opportunity in working with a community organization. The skills and knowledge students have gained in their prior courses, as well as coaching and support they receive from the course instructor will provide a structure for students to integrate different areas of management practice to make informed decisions and address important real-world societal challenges. A limited number of class sessions will be offered as part of students' preparation for the WIL project and will include various teaching and learning activities, including case studies, guest speakers, online learning modules, along with in class debates and critical discussions and it will integrate topics from various knowledge areas with the management academic disciplines.
