This course will follow a "Service-Learning" model according to the national and provincial definitions. Students will be working with a community partner organization to apply their knowledge and skills from other courses to engage in "learning by doing" practice under the instructor's supervision. This course will support the synthesis of students' knowledge and further development of a multidisciplinary perspective in analysing and addressing organizational opportunities and challenges. This course will also enable students to refine their communication, creativity, social responsibility and critical thinking skills.
