Students will be introduced to the various roles that are carried out by farm managers. Students will be required to attend interview sessions outside of scheduled classes with an assigned Farm Management Advisor. The Advisor will support students as they apply their management skills and knowledge to a real farm business or a case farm. There will be one full day field trip [3 credits]
