An introduction to an objectives-driven plan that deals with production and financial management. Students will generate and analyze enterprise budgets and financial statements. Students will be required to attend interview sessions outside of scheduled classes with an assigned Farm Management Advisor. The Advisor will support students as they apply their management skills and knowledge to a real farm business or a case farm. There will be three full day field trips [3 credits]
