This course provides law students with the opportunity to participate in the Canadian National Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, with the possibility to advance to the International Rounds. In this course, students will be required to research complex issues of public international law and prepare written and oral arguments in a hypothetical case before the International Court of Justice. May require travel. This is a pass/fail course [3 credits]
