Non-appellate moots are consensus-based and non-adversarial and provide students with alternative skills in the development of persuasive arguments. These moots include the Kawaskimhon, the Family Law Negotiation Competition, and the Canadian National Negotiation Competition. This course may only be taken once by students in their second year, and once by students in their third year, when the course has different subtitles. This is a pass/fail course [3 credits]
