Leadership work in a volunteer (student group or student government, charity, nonprofit, or nongovernmental organization, social cause or advocacy organization, faith-based organization, community-based group, an entrepreneurial venture, startup, or social enterprise) or workplace setting. A leadership reflection piece is the second component of this course, wherein; students complete a five-page refection on the leadership journey while registered in the program.
